Generosity with Sharon Salzberg
The New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care Buddhist Chaplaincy Training Program & the Village Zendo invite you to this evening's public talk.

The Buddha said that no true spiritual life is possible without a generous heart. Generosity is an active practice of love in the world. It takes us away from our root habits of fear, alienation and grasping. Yet this quality can be easily misunderstood, and can be misused when not seen clearly, leading to regret and burnout. We'll explore with Sharon this facet of awakening love in action, through discussion and meditation.

We are delighted to have Sharon as a Visiting Teacher in the Buddhist Chaplaincy Training Program.
