January 11th-April 12th, 2018 Usher in the New Year with the third annual Commit-To-Sit Practice Period which asks participants to sit every day for 90 days. This year's daily emails will be from Maezumi Roshi’s, Appreciate Your Life – The Essence of Zen Practice.
