Practices of the Way

This class will cover the forms of practice at NYZCCC. It will include a review of the basics of Zazen and the postures of body, breath and mind, as well as, shikantaza and koan, zendo procedures, the role of dokusan and the teacher-student relationship.

March Half-Day Retreat
