A community of Elders aged 60+
We will meet online via Zoom (https://zencare-org.zoom.us/j/87485621569) the second Friday of each month from 6:30pm-8:15pm to explore the themes and realities of aging, to include:
- The joys and challenges of growing older
- The aches, the pains, the surprises in the body as it changes
- Loss and acceptance
We will use meditation, dharma teachings, discussion and have some fun looking at our individual experiences on this sacred journey. This program is open to the public and does not require registration. By donation $10.
