- The joys and challenges of growing older
- The aches, the pains, the surprises in the body as it changes

We will use meditation, dharma teachings, discussion and have some fun looking at our individual experiences on this sacred journey. This program is open to the public and does not require registration. By donation $10.

We welcome practitioners of all levels and traditions. One does not need to identify as Buddhist to attend.
Everyone is warmly welcome to join our community and participate in our gatherings. Both cushions and chairs are provided.
Meditation instruction is offered by a senior practitioner. More detailed guidance is available upon request. The evening includes an hour of sitting and walking meditation, metta practice and contemplation, a half hour of Dharma Sharing, and a closing hour of social time, snacks included
.We end the night by mindfully cleaning up together.
