Karuna Sangha will be taking a break from in-person gatherings until further notice.
In the meantime, join us for meditation, contemplation and community each Sunday at 7pm in our online video practice community.

Our members identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer and straight. Using Buddhist principles and practices, we open our hearts to care for ourselves, for others, and for the world we all share. We welcome practitioners of all levels and traditions. One does not need to identify as Buddhist to attend. Everyone is warmly welcome to join our community and participate in our gatherings. Both cushions and chairs are provided.
Meditation instruction is offered by a senior practitioner. More detailed guidance is available upon request. The evening includes an hour of sitting and walking meditation, metta practice and contemplation, a half hour of Dharma Sharing, and a closing hour of social time, snacks included. We end the night by mindfully cleaning up together.
A suggested donation of $10 is encouraged.
