Opening to Grief: Finding Your Way From Loss to Peace
with Claire Dainen Willis and Sensei Koshin Paley Ellison
Monday, December 7th, 2020 from 6:00pm-7:30pm ET

We are happy to welcome fellow sangha member, Claire Dainen Willis to celebrate the publication of her second book, Opening to Grief: Finding Your Way From Loss to Peace.

Opening to Grief is both a companion and an invitation to be with your grief in all its depths and to find your unique way to peace, balance and acceptance. The essential message of this book is that grief and love are richly and tenderly intertwined. Throughout are reflections, practices and meditations, poetry, suggested activities, and inspiring resources.

During this evening online event, in lieu of the usual Monday evening sit, Claire will discuss some of the background behind the book, read excerpts, followed by a brief discussion with Koshin, and a Q&A with the community.
