The Zen Masters of old would teach that those without preferences had their path laid out before them. Easier said than done! How do we soften the clinging to our preferences so that we can experience the elusive ‘beginner’s mind’, or the ability to see the world with wonder and excitement? How do we make that state indestructible? Sensei Koshin explores this topic in today’s talk.
