You Are The Eyes of The World: Embodying the Principles of the Lotus Sutra in a Challenging World

How do we experience the suffering of the world—really experience it—and allow it to awaken a compassionate response in whatever form is needed? Perhaps more critical in these times than ever before, how we turn toward suffering is a question we'll explore as we enter the wild world of the Lotus Sutra amid our daily lives. Together, we will examine issues of gender, race, caste, accessibility to spiritual wisdom, and skillful means to explore how the sutra’s message about our awakening nature invites us to meet the suffering of this very moment.
