This group is designed specifically for those working in healthcare and in the mental health environment, including physicians, nurses, social workers, psychotherapists and chaplains.
Those of us who provide direct care to the anguished, sick, and dying, have become familiar with our own challenging emotions in service of alleviating the suffering of others.
We bear witness to the present moment in relationship, in the midst of growing challenges and chaos in our environment and in the face of illness, pain and loss.
We will use lively discussion, readings, meditation and exploration to create a safe space to connect, enhance resilience, lessen isolation and celebrate our similarity and diversity.
As we find our way through these uncertain times, we hope you are receiving some comfort in our meditations, podcasts and dharma talks. We certainly feel held by being together and sharing our practice with you.
