Jesse is a Managing Partner at Elliott Investment Management L.P. and a member of the Management, Investment, Risk and Allocation Committees. Among other public and private companies, Mr. Cohn has served as a member of the board of directors of Twitter, eBay, Nielsen and Citrix Systems. Mr. Cohn is a member of the Advisory Board at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance. Prior to joining Elliott in 2004, Mr. Cohn was an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Cohn earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, from which he graduated summa cum laude. Outside of work, Jesse is a committed husband, father, Zen student, triathlete and Star Trek fan.
