Jose Shinzan Palma is the founder of the 4 vows Sangha in San Diego ,CA. co-teaches teen retreats in the US for IBME , and is a guest teacher at  Upaya Zen Center in New Mexico, Einin-ji in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, and High Meadow Farm, New Hampshire.
