Whether you are a professional or volunteer caregiver, or you are caring for a family member, a friend or a loved one, drop in and take care of yourself. Preregistration not required.
We will use meditation, dharma teachings, discussion and have some fun looking at our individual experiences on this sacred journey. This program is open to the public and does not require registration.
